Hunter is a multi-disciplinary servant leader driven by a desire to help others and develop innovative solutions to gnarly problems.
While spending more than 30 years working across the private and non-profit sectors with local, national and multi-national organizations of all sizes, Hunter found a passion
for bringing people together to create innovative and enduring solutions. Human connection and collaboration have been a critical input to success (or potential failure)
in all these endeavors.
Hunter’s curiosity and appreciation for expertise have made him a go to resource for solving enterprise/value chain level challenges requiring disparate groups of people to collaborate on designing, implementing and adjusting innovative solutions across organizational and cultural boundaries. He is a listener. “A good idea can come from anywhere at any time, so I listen for strategy and details to then support questions for better understanding of the perspective informing the proposed action.”
Hunter is married with two adult children and an uncle to a child with Cockayne
Syndrome. He lives on one of the many lakes in Minneapolis and enjoys being outdoors, adventurous travel, biking, snowshoeing and music. In his youth he lived in Hong Kong and Costa Rica.
Hunter is currently serving on the boards of the Normandale Community College
Foundation (Capital Campaign Chair, Finance, Executive Committee) and Minnesota Public Radio Music (89.3 The Current and 99.5 Your Classical)
