Jim Doyle is a community volunteer, entrepreneur and philanthropist based in Sarasota Florida. Helping families deal with Cockayne Syndrome is personal for Jim. He’s had family members who dealt with this illness with their children, so he’s seen it firsthand.
Jim is the Founder and retired CEO of jda.media, a company that provides sales training and revenue development services to media companies throughout the United States. He was also a partner in Gocom Media which owned TV stations in Illinois and California. In his “retirement” he wrote the best-selling book, Selling with a Servant Heart.
In Sarasota, Jim has been active in finding solutions to the issue of the chronic homeless population since 2015. He has served on the Board of Second Heart Homes and the Leadership Council of the Suncoast Partnership to End Homelessness. He also began the Gratitude Scholarship to help students at the University of Southern Maine who are in recovery.
Jim lives in Sarasota with his wife, Paula, and a new puppy. He and Paula share four children, all with great partners, and four grandchildren.
